Multiple Show - Visitor Terms & Conditions
  • Visitors who are administered with both the Doses must upload the 2nd vaccination dose certificate. TWO Covid – 19 vaccine dose is compulsory to visit the show.
  • The badge holder must follow and adhere to the rules & regulations & security procedures set by GJEPC to enter the exhibition halls.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to postpone or cancel or transfer or change the date, time, and the location of the Exhibition, and shall have no claims whatsoever in this regard.
  • Visitor needs to display the visitor badge all the times during the Exhibition as and when requested by authorities.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to refuse admission/suspend entry to the show of any visitors, exhibitors or their representative and any other categories of badges for security reasons and/or creating disturbance or discomfort of any kind to the show, also GJEPC reserves the right to admit any pre-registered visitor as per its discretion, even if the visitors’ badges have been issued and paid for the show.
  • Person under the age of 18 years is not permitted to enter the show nor be at the booth attendant/technicians/workers.
  • Visitor’s fees once submitted will be non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstances. Reasons like change of employment, transfer in service, cancellation of visit, change of show venue (Within a timeline if any) etc. will not be entertained.
  • In case if the show is cancelled/ postponed due to spike in COVID- 19 cases and/or change in Government rules regulations and guidelines does not permit to organize the show, full refund of visitor fees will be issued, on request of the visitors within 15 days of the show cancelled/postponed announcement by the Organisers.
  • In case if any visitor(s) does not follow the protocols as may be prescribed by GJEPC considering the safety and security norms, then the visitor badge of the visitor will be blocked, and the said visitor will not be allowed to visit any shows of GJEPC in the future.
  • Visitor Registration charges are inclusive of GST and the invoice will be issued after the show to the applicant company/firm as provided in the application.
  • If in case any employee leaves the company, then it will be owner's responsibility to inform GJEPC to discontinue the registration of that employee and company needs to withdraw his details from the online directory. If in case employee gets registered for multiple shows and leaves the company, the registration cost will not be refunded or replaced in any circumstances.
  • Multiple show registration is non-transferable, non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Visitors should abide by the terms and conditions applicable for registration of National visitors set by “The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC)”.
  • Only jewellers and jewellery business people can register through online portal, associate, non-jewellers are not allowed to visit the show.
  • Visitor Badge will not be issued to the Participant Companies at IIJS Premiere Show 2022, IIJS Signature 2023, IIJS Tritiya 2023. If your company becomes an exhibitor for any show, then your visitor registration for that specific show will get automatically cancelled and fees paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
  • Photography/Videography inside the exhibition is strictly prohibited. GJEPC officials reserve the right to confiscate the camera/phone and further if deemed fit cancel your registration.

This Terms & Conditions are provided for the purpose of visitor registration for visiting IIJS Premiere 2022, IIJS Signature 2023 and IIJS Tritiya 2023 (the shows), please note that the GJEPC reserves all the rights to postpone or cancel the show completely or partially without any prior intimation, subject to the changes in the Govt. rules and regulations and any such changes thereof for organizing the show. In case of any delay or failure to organize the show which is caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of the GJEPC including, but not limited to the force majeure events, the GJEPC shall not accept any responsibility or indemnity, whatsoever, and under no circumstance shall the GJEPC have any liability to the visitors for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the postponement or cancellations or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the postponement or cancellation of the show.
